    Job Summary:

    $14.15/hr, higher based on experience

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Basic knowledge of metals.
    • Weld aluminum parts together using both MIG and TIG welding.
    • Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.
    • Work well with his/her hands and have good manual coordination.
    • Production welding in a team environment.
    • Maintain welding area in a safe, organized and clean manner.
    • Keep welding equipment properly maintained.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
    High School Diploma required. A minimum of 1 – 2 years of welding experience and/or a Certificate of Completion in Welding Technology. A Certificate of Achievement in Welding Technology preferred.

    Specifically for the Finishing Crew that install the under boat wiring & skins, morning covers (underskinning), install boat walls, braces, battery switches (boat prep), install furniture onto the boat (furniture install). General assembly on the line. Use of various hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure.

    $12.00/hr

    This position would be specifically for shrink wrapping our boats. This job would seem to be simple but it really is somewhat physically demanding. There are places on the boats that you have to be extremely careful when using the shrink wrapper. This is the last thing done to the boats before they are shipped.

    First person to start the build/assembly process. What they get done feeds the other areas. Operation of a saw to cut metal pieces. Must know how to read a tape measure and be good with numbers. Fast pace.

    $12.00/hr. (2 needed, 1 – concentration on painting, 1 concentration on sandblasting)

    Sand blasting metal fabricated pieces – this process requires wearing PPE to include a protective suite and respirator.
    Empire Hand Sandblaster – this is a blast cabinet for sand blasting smaller pieces.
    Painting the powder coat to the sand blasted pieces – this process only requires wearing a mask (protective suite optional).

    General assembly on the line. Use of various hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure.
    Specifically for the Stringing Crew that in join the pontoon tubes together, install wire harnesses, gas tanks, etc. to prepare the underlying mechanics of the boat prior to the plywood decking and flooring is applied.
