Performs construction and fabrication welding using safe and acceptable techniques of MIG and TIG welding in the manufacture and build of pontoon boats. Hours are Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM (4 Days a week, 10 hour days) with Friday's worked for overtime. Guaranteed 40-50 hour work week with weekends off!



  • Basic knowledge of metals.
  • Weld aluminum parts together using both MIG and TIG welding.
  • Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.
  • Work well with his/her hands and have good manual coordination.
  • Production welding in a team environment.
  • Maintain welding area in a safe, organized and clean manner.
  • Keep welding equipment properly maintained.



  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of ½ years of welding experience and/or a Certification of Completion in Welding Technology
  • Certificate of achievement in Welding Technology preferred
