We are writing to inform you that effective September 1, 2025, Manitou Operating, LLC (the "Company") has purchased Manitou business assets from BRP Marine US Inc. ("BRP") in connection with the transition of the Manitou business. As a result of this change, all BRP (formerly Triton Industries, Inc.) warranty related obligations and responsibilities for Manitou boats were assumed by the Company. The Company will perform all warranty work for your Manitou boat purchased through a then authorized BRP dealer for which BRP provided a previous warranty if it is still covered under the applicable Manitou limited warranty (the "Warranted Boats"). All valid warranty claims for your Warranted Boats will be honored by the Company.

To file a warranty claim, you should present your Warranted Boat to an authorized Manitou dealer as soon as a problem arises. The dealer is the first point of contact for warranty issues and will assist in the claims process. For purposes of clarity, this notice only pertains to the Warranted Boats. The Rotax outboard engine or jet propulsion systems, even if factory installed, are not considered Warranted Boats covered by your Manitou limited warranty under any circumstances.
